Biography

Lives and works in Benicia, California.
Born in 1976 in Quezon City, Manila, Philippines, Rodriguez was raised in Louisiana and Texas. He attended the University of Houston and received a B.F.A. from the School of Visual Arts, New York in 1999. He earned his M.F.A. from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California in 2008. He had solo exhibitions at the Austin Museum of Art, Texas; Nevada Art Museum, Reno; Hosfelt Gallery, San Francisco; Finesilver Gallery, Houston; and ArtPace, San Antonio. His work was included in group exhibitions at the John Michael Kohler Arts Center, Sheboygan, WI; San Jose Museum of Art, California; Orange County Museum of Art, Newport Beach, California; Lopez Museum, Manila, Philippines; and Tang Teaching Museum and Art Gallery, Skidmore College, Saratoga Springs, NY.
